Are Access Codes Required?
Beginnning Augist 17, 2026, Access Codes will be required for all Albums/Galleries. An available list of Access Codes can be found under the menu item "Access Code Listing." They will be labeled by the general category you are looking for and all albums within a category are available with a single Access Code.
When are photos available on the site?
I will typically post sports action photos within one or two days of the event. School portraits are usually available within two weeks of photo day. All Galleries will currently be "Public Galleries" available through links at the top of the home page and will be accessible without an access code.
What types of products are available?
I make a variety of prints and products available including Small Prints (4 x 6, 5 x 7, 8 x 10), Enlargements (11 x 14, 12 x 18, 16 x 20), Gift Items (Buttons, Mugs, Tags, etc.) Packages (Posed Portraits including a Team Photo) and Digital Downloads depending on the product or event. When you add a photo to the Shopping Cart, you will see an option for the Digital Download, the various Print Options, followed by Gifts and then Packages.
When ordering a Package, why don't I see a Team Photo?
When ordering a Package which includes a Team Photo, simply order the photo of your student/athlete, and I will include the appropriate Team Picture in the mailing. The Team Photo will not display in the Package Order, but will instead display the Individual photo selected. Team photos can also be ordered a la carte in an 8 x 10 size.
How long will it take to receive my order?
I estimate all orders to be delivered within two weeks, however, I process most orders for lab printing within 24 hours and usually have them mailed with two to five days via U. S. Postal Service. Mailing may take place from either myself or my processing lab.
How much is shipping?
I offer Free Shipping on all photo orders.
Are there discount options?
I will occasionally include discount codes at various times throughout the year.
Where are photos printed?
I utilize D&M Imaging right here in Crown Point, Indiana, as my primary lab for their quality and color management, as well as accessibility to their professional input. I use other local or national labs depending on the product being printed on a much smaller scale. When ordering prints from me, I will a do a final edit and color correction before sending prints to the lab. I also offer a High-res Digital option should you choose to print your own photos. If you opt for the "High-res Digital" option, I highly recommend using D&M Imaging for the highest quality, color management and professional service. When using their website, be sure to select the option to have the Lab color correct and edit your photos. They are the same lab that processes all of my photo orders.
